Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational effectiveness of the department, ensuring high-quality food and service standards.

  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive patient satisfaction results.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of management experience in food or culinary services.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow strong relationships with key facility leaders.
  • Experience with FMS, OMD, Labor Management programs, and Sodexo Food & Physical Safety standards.
