Senior Plant Commissioning Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and plant engineering sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Plant Commissioning Engineer to contribute to high-impact projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create non-critical commissioning protocols for equipment and utilities associated with various project executions, ensuring standards and specifications are met.
  • Oversee and verify vendor start-ups to confirm proper installation and functionality of equipment.
  • Lead the execution of non-critical commissioning protocols, ensuring all processes are aligned with project goals and operational standards.
  • Review and validate Equipment Turnover Package (ETOP) documentation for all equipment and utilities within the project's scope.
  • Manage and update the punch list log using the Procore system, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Provide clear, detailed weekly commissioning status reports to project leadership, outlining progress, challenges, and necessary corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in plant commissioning and equipment validation.
  • Expertise in developing and executing commissioning protocols.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools, including Procore.
