Position Overview:

As a Principal Engineer, you will spearhead the development of our AI-enhanced accounting platform from the ground up. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Architecting and executing our AI platform utilizing Python
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Producing scalable and maintainable software
  • Exploring emerging technologies to improve our offerings

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Python with a proven track record of building projects from inception to deployment
  • Experience in startup settings, preferably in a founding engineer capacity or as an early-stage contributor

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Principal Engineer, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from $190,000 to $210,000, along with equity options, 401k, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
