Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Prudential Financial. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models using cloud-based architectures and technologies
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models with data pipelines and applications
  • Lead the development of data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in machine learning and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on software development and deployment
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable machine learning models in cloud-based environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and technologies, including AWS and Azure
