  • Technical Evaluation: Collaborate with Technical Support to assess the condition of returned items and determine the best course of action for refurbishment.
  • Cleaning and Preparation: Ensure all returned equipment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for resale, particularly those with food contact.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of boxing materials required for the refurbishment process.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in documenting and managing freight claims for damaged returns, ensuring all necessary evidence is collected and stored appropriately.
  • Transfer Coordination: Manage the transfer of refurbished items to designated locations, ensuring proper staging and organization.
  • Scrap Management: Handle the disposal of scrap materials, maintaining accurate records of weights and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Some post-secondary education in a technical field is advantageous.
  • Experience in servicing restaurant equipment is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an industrial receiving environment or similar role is required.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and standard material handling equipment is necessary.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring that Cozzini LLC maintains high standards of quality and efficiency in its operations.
