Job Summary:The Health Center Manager RN will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of a medium-sized health center, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, workflow, and work schedules to ensure optimal health center performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations to the Director, Client Operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Medical Leader to manage internal site issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff on a regular basis to promote professional growth and development.
- Manage internal budget, review expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings.
- Act as the health center's infection control lead and collaborate with the corporate Director of Quality and Infection Control Officer.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Current license as a LPN/LVN, RN, or NP/PA in practicing state.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field, with 3+ years' management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
