About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at Provider Solutions & Development. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide palliative care services to patients in various settings, including hospitals and clinics.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical and social needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in palliative care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
