Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Wellness Nurse Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, while also providing leadership and guidance to our Nayas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
  • Lead and manage a team of Nayas, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse with 2+ years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
