Senior Contract Negotiator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Negotiator to join our team at Total Aviation Staffing, LLC. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a vital role in shaping the contract terms and conditions that drive our company's success.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven track record of managing complex contracts in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and authorize all customer forms to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret instructions from Contract Bid RFQs, relaying essential information to relevant departments.
- Craft initial terms and conditions for Contract Bid RFQ responses.
- Author, review, negotiate, and uphold contract documents.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external customers on all contractual matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management.
- Aerospace industry experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
