Job Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager drives strategic forecasting and reporting activities for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) program portfolio. This role requires exceptional presentation and communication skills to present financial forecasts, explain variances, and provide risk and opportunity profiles to Directors and Vice Presidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Business Rhythm for 6 Business Managers, kicking off, giving directions, and reviewing/approving inputs for the Annual Long Range Plan, Quarterly Contract Status Reviews, and many weekly and monthly activities.
  • Present financial forecasts, explain variances, and provide risk and opportunity profiles to Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, set expectations, develop, and provide performance assessments for a direct report analyst.
  • Manage a team to drive strategic forecasting and reporting activities for the UTIAMD program portfolio.

  • Contract Status Review Experience
  • Exceptional Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance or have an Active Secret Clearance.
