Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Manager

At Gus Perdikakis Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and release managers, to design and implement test plans.
  • Identify and report software defects using tools such as Azure Devops or Jira.
  • Mentor junior QA members and provide guidance on testing best practices.
  • Write and generate automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including test cases, test data, and reports, to ensure traceability and transparency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software testing experience.
  • 4+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST, and API integration.
  • Experience with WMS/WES software platforms.
  • Proven portfolio of projects.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred.
  • Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium is preferred.
