Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Woburn, MA. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients and referring veterinarians while developing strong relationships with our hospital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service to clients and referring veterinarians through inbound and outbound calls
- Act as the primary point of contact for the hospitals and ensure all client and referring veterinarians' needs are met in a professional and empathetic manner
- Exercise calm and compassionate demeanor during emergency calls
- Book client appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Accurately interpret Ethos protocols to provide solutions to resolve client and referring veterinarians' inquiries
- Process emails, transfer medical records, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service or Veterinarian Client Care experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook sufficient to perform routine tasks
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift (preferably evenings) within a 24/7-365 service center
Preferred Skills:
- Team player with proven experience delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle emotionally charged client scenarios
- Solid track record of exceeding productivity and quality goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
