Regional Infusion Center Nurse Practitioner Manager

As a key member of the Elevance Health family, our organization has over two decades of experience in delivering critical infusible and injectable therapies through various healthcare settings.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing the infusion facilities within the designated area, ensuring the highest standards of patient care quality and safety, while managing the operational flow of infusion suites.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assigning patient care duties to team members as required.
  • Serving as the liaison between the staff and the organization.
  • Managing operations across multiple infusion centers.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
  • Training and mentoring center leadership.
  • Traveling to infusion locations to uphold company culture and operational procedures.
  • Addressing clinical issues to promote safe patient care.
  • Assisting with staffing arrangements and special initiatives.
  • Upholding standards of care and clinical practice through ongoing assessments and monitoring.
  • Facilitating effective communication between patients and the organization.
  • Comprehending and complying with relevant laws and regulations, including patient confidentiality.
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating direct reports.
  • Traveling to various sites as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Current, active, and valid unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Experience in infusion and IV insertion.
  • Background in managing multiple sites.
  • Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius.
  • Previous experience in supervising staff and managing employees.

Completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory for this role.
