Location: Cincinnati, OH

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The District Manager is responsible for the oversight and administration of infusion facilities within the designated area, ensuring the highest standards of patient care quality and safety, while optimizing the operational flow of infusion suites and delivering patient services within the defined scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning responsibilities and patient care tasks to staff as needed.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between staff and the organization.
  • Managing operations across multiple infusion centers.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Training and mentoring center leadership.
  • Traveling to infusion locations to uphold Paragon culture and procedures.
  • Addressing clinical issues to promote safe patient care.
  • Assisting with staffing schedules and special initiatives.
  • Upholding standards of care and clinical practices through ongoing assessments and monitoring.
  • Facilitating effective communication between patients and the organization.
  • Comprehending and complying with relevant laws and regulations, including patient confidentiality.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating direct reports.
  • Traveling to various worksites and locations as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Current, active, and valid unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
  • Experience in infusion and IV insertion.
  • Experience in managing Denovo and multi-site centers.
  • Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius.
  • Previous experience in managing supervisory staff and employees.

Completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccination is mandatory for this position.
