Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a welcoming experience for our guests, engage with them in a genuine way, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Merchandise Management: Be knowledgeable about our products, ensure that the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed, and execute revisions, sales plans, and planograms for all General Merchandise categories.
  • Inventory Management: Process all inbound deliveries, complete backroom fills, and maintain backroom and fixture room organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Work efficiently and effectively to deliver on sales goals, prioritize tasks, and follow processes accurately with attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide support to non-General Merchandise areas of the store.
