About the RoleThis is a night shift position, working 3-12 hour shifts per week from 6pm-6:30am. You will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating designated nursing staff, as well as participating in developing nursing protocols and procedures. You will also provide continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff and maintain patient health care records.
Requirements- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Two years of nursing experience in a hospital
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $37-$60 per hour, plus a Charge Nurse supplement when in the Charge Nurse role. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as tuition reimbursement, continuing education opportunities, and apprenticeship programs for eligible employees.
About Our HospitalVirginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital is a 60-bed state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, with a focus on customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
