Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher to join our Lubricant Division in Bensenville, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in dispatch software and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of lubricant deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation.
- Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on lubricant distribution.
- Strong geographic knowledge, especially in the Midwest and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
