Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Oversee the reception area, maintain cleanliness, and monitor security risks.
- Communication: Welcome clients and visitors, facilitate team payroll and timecard approvals, and mediate team issues when needed.
- Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating office supply purchases and supporting technology implementation.
- Team Support: Assist with internal and external promotional events, coordinate office participation in volunteer and community events, and serve as the office contact for area support agencies.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings, and facilitate team meetings as needed.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to work well under pressure, exercise good judgment, and lead by utilizing creativity.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the legal industry.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, minimum three years of management experience, and a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
