Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician seeking a new opportunity? Our team values expertise in diverse areas such as apartment upkeep, HVAC systems, construction, and more. We are looking for individuals with strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $31, with the potential to earn up to $400 in quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, including on-call responsibilities for emergency situations outside of regular hours.

Requirements:
- Relevant certifications such as EPA Type II and CPO are preferred
- Availability for Tuesday to Saturday shifts and on-call duties for emergencies
