Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns within the organization, ensuring adherence to rules, regulations, and directives of the Corporate Security Management office.
  • Monitor and report results of compliance/ethics efforts, providing guidance to Security Agents on matters relating to compliance.
  • Enforce and maintain policies and procedures directed by the Corporate Security Office for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Deputy Security Manager to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Investigate alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct, reporting all violations to the Deputy Security Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Associate Degree or higher preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a similar role.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Creative problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong set of problem-solving skills.
  • Available to work overtime, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to move around a production facility and travel between buildings on a regular basis.
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods and monitor for compliance.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, bi-lingual in Spanish or other languages preferred.
