Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our MedSurg Unit 6 East team at Trumbull Regional Medical Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive patient care and supporting the nursing philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, provide IV therapy, and document patient information according to charting guidelines.
  • Perform and/or assist with treatments and procedures, and obtain and assure accurate processing of physician orders.
  • Provide high-quality, cost-effective care and patient teaching under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Completion of a college or technical training program in practical nursing.
  • Current Ohio license as a licensed practical nurse by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Current IV therapy card from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Previous experience as an LPN is preferred.
