The individual will closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the Finance function to meet workstream goals in alignment with the overarching Finance Transformation strategy, as well as supervise and mentor junior project team members in reaching objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a process enhancement manager across designated Transformation workstream(s).
Maintain project momentum by delivering project plans, analyses, deliverables, trackers, and other essential project documentation, or by overseeing analysts in producing these resources.
Identify, manage, monitor, and communicate critical transformation performance management metrics, developing and maintaining dashboards or supervising analysts in delivering these metrics.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, working independently to thoroughly comprehend current processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, such as streamlining, elimination, standardization, and automation.
Create process documentation, process maps, and document business requirements.
Perform a variety of recurring or ad-hoc financial analysis activities.
Conduct detailed driver analysis and provide support to develop driver trees and other detailed taxonomy builds specific to Finance.
Utilize technology to further refine processes where applicable, including the integration of automation.
Measure process enhancements for data-driven accountability.
Analyze transformation objectives and business needs using industry best practices to provide actionable recommendations.
Design and facilitate training sessions (when necessary) for employees to comprehend and adapt to process improvement changes.
Contribute to materials, planning, and coordination for Transformation Leadership Team Meetings and project gatherings.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
