Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to join our team as a Children's Educational STEM Learning Instructor. As a Code Ninjas Sensei, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe learning environment for children, teaching coding and problem-solving skills, and mentoring students to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities to teach coding and problem-solving skills to children
  • Create a positive and safe learning environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence in students
  • Work with children to determine their skill levels and provide personalized feedback and guidance
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide feedback on their child's skills and abilities
  • Follow opening and closing duties daily, including cleaning and maintaining the dojo to corporate standards
  • Report weekly to the Center Assistant Manager on progress and provide daily reports to the Center Manager on activities and productivity
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children ages 5 and up, preferably in a teaching or mentoring role
  • Knowledge of coding and technology, or ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
  • Experience with coding, Minecraft, Roblox, and other kids' STEM engaging activities is a plus
