YOUR NEXT ROLE:The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the procurement of electrical supplies, construction materials, and the issuance of contracts. This role involves managing, planning, and forecasting inventory in collaboration with the Procurement Department across various suppliers, optimizing metrics in line with the company's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive and process requests for materials and equipment from project leaders and field teams.
- Evaluate and source materials and equipment following established company protocols.
- Request quotes from suppliers, analyze options, and present findings to management with a focus on economic value and procurement objectives.
- Create and distribute purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines.
- Track and expedite all current orders, maintaining schedules in the procurement system.
- Assist the estimating team by reaching out to suppliers for budgetary quotes for materials and equipment for bid preparation.
- Prepare submittal documentation to support project managers.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by corporate or division management.

- Familiarity with electrical supplies and construction materials.
- Understanding of procurement methods, policies, and accounting practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Oracle is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
- Capacity to work under pressure and adjust to evolving requirements with a positive outlook.
- Effective oral and written communication skills as necessary for the role.
- Self-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, management, vendors, clients, and others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dynamic business environment, particularly in electrical construction procurement.
- A combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.
- 0% travel expected.
- General office environment involving extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is primarily indoors with varying conditions, including fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise levels are typically low to moderate; job sites may be louder.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs.

Compensation Range:
$82,000.00 - $107,600.00 annually. This range reflects what we anticipate paying candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements outlined in this job description. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and education.
