Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Liaison. This role will be responsible for managing incoming training documents, tracking training requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming training documents, ensuring completeness and quality.
  • Training Coordination: Oversee the tracking and communication of training requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Notification Management: Effectively manage and send outgoing training notifications, following up on incomplete documentation.
  • Agreement Processing: Process broker agreements and terminations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Identify and notify non-compliant workers, participants, and designees, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  • Exit and Termination Processing: Process worker exits, terminations, and reactivations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
