We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Liaison. This role will be responsible for managing incoming training documents, tracking training requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming training documents, ensuring completeness and quality.
- Training Coordination: Oversee the tracking and communication of training requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- Notification Management: Effectively manage and send outgoing training notifications, following up on incomplete documentation.
- Agreement Processing: Process broker agreements and terminations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Compliance Monitoring: Identify and notify non-compliant workers, participants, and designees, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
- Exit and Termination Processing: Process worker exits, terminations, and reactivations, maintaining accurate records.
- Data Entry: Enter data into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Skills and Abilities: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible Work Schedule: 37.5 hour work week, 7.5 hour work day, flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work a four-day work week, every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.
- Comprehensive Benefits: 16 annual vacation days, 12 annual sick days, and 13 annual paid holidays, including Eid-Al-Fitr and Yom Kippur.
