Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace faulty parts as necessary
  • Conduct tests and operate machinery

Qualifications:

At least two years of relevant work experience

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with NCR ATMs, Bosch, Brivo, DMP, and other related systems

Strong troubleshooting capabilities

Excellent customer service skills

Physical Demands:
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
  • Flexibility to bend and crouch while servicing equipment
  • Proficient use of cleaning agents
  • Must be able to ascend ladders and work in tight spaces

Reports to: Service Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating on-call responsibilities
