Job Overview

Requirements
  • A 4-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 8 years' experience in the management of manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in working with LEAN Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing the P&L.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to communicate instructions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Commitment to safety and quality control.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
