Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description
As a Sales Specialist at SilverSky, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to driving growth by supporting the sales team within a strategic partner. You will build strong relationships with sales teams, assist with quotes, support opportunity development, track sales target achievement, and customer satisfaction.
You will generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and drive revenue growth through proactive engagement with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other virtual channels.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the tools, systems, and knowledge requirements based on our existing environment:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, interested in developing partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement software.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding project goals.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven, customer-first environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
