  • Cabling and Patching: Effectively connect and configure audio cables and patching systems to ensure seamless audio delivery.
  • Audio Adjustments and Troubleshooting: Monitor and adjust audio levels to ensure a professional mix, while identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Audio Control Board Operation: Expertly operate audio control boards to deliver high-quality audio experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee visiting audio technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
  • Audio System Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain audio equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent technical issues.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure all audio needs are met, and events run smoothly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive related work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an A2 or similar role.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of analog/digital signal flow, ability to assist A1 with system troubleshooting, and understanding of radio frequency coordination.
  • Equipment Familiarity: Working knowledge of the Midas Heritage D audio desk, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and digital console controls.
