Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our team at Junior Achievement of Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for training program volunteers, moderating program events, and collaborating with the program team to expand our programs to include in-person and virtual delivery options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the program team to develop and implement new programs and services.
  • Train and support program volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and learning experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our programs and services.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to track program progress and outcomes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of program budgets and financial plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to program staff and volunteers as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within Indiana as needed.
