Job Title: Medical Services Coordinator
Description:

The Medical Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless care and services for patients within OPN Healthcare's network. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to coordinate patient care, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities
  • Patient Care Coordination
    • Coordinate patient care and services from participating physicians within OPN Healthcare's network.
    • Ensure timely access to medical services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with medical group clients, physician offices, and departments within OPN Healthcare to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the care process.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Monitor and maintain reports related to patient care and grievances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Assist in gathering information from physician offices and medical group clients to support patient care coordination efforts.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field required; 5 years of experience in customer service or healthcare preferred.
  • Skillset
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Salary Range
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
