At Flex, we're looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit processes, test and inspect products, and develop statistical data to define and maintain quality and reliability standards.
  • Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics to perform complex engineering testing, checkout, and root cause research.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and confer with management or engineering staff to define quality and reliability standards.
  • Select processes to be audited and check for features such as ESD and handling practices, documentation, training, and process integrity.
  • Select products for audits and test for qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic characteristics.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
