We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant Certified to join our team at Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community. As a Nursing Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with recreational activities, social events, and other programs designed to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing person-directed care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
- Prior experience as a CNA or in a caregiving role is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $18.50-$21.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift differentials. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.
