We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant Certified to join our team at HumanGood. As a Nursing Assistant Certified, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Nursing Assistant Certified, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.50-$21.50, depending on experience and shift differentials.
  • 20 days of paid time off, plus 7 company holidays (increases with years of service).

  • Health, dental, and vision plans, starting the 1st of the month following your start date.
  • A $25 + tax per line cell phone plan.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or current enrollment in a program.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
