Position Summary:
This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, support the maintenance team, and ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of residential units, addressing service requests promptly.
  • Conduct internal and external repairs, including drywall, painting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Participate in emergency maintenance coverage as needed.
  • Manage work schedules for maintenance staff and oversee contractor performance.
  • Maintain inventory levels and complete necessary documentation.
  • Educate team members on safety protocols and incident reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
  • Proficient in appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to interpret technical documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends as required.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $31.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and health benefits for eligible employees.
