POSITION OVERVIEW

You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Owners and guests, while benefiting from our commitment to the well-being of our team members.

As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of villas for incoming guests and provide ongoing service for guests during their stay. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to, addressing guest requests, preparing cleaning carts with necessary supplies, and replenishing amenities. To ensure we deliver exceptional service, your role will involve upholding consistently high standards of room cleanliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond swiftly to requests from guests and other departments.
  • Prepare cleaning carts with supplies and transport them to designated areas.
  • Access guest rooms following established procedures to ensure they are vacant before entry.
  • Restock guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
  • Replace used linens and towels with fresh items.
  • Make beds and neatly arrange towels.
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
  • Dispose of trash, used linens, and room service items.
  • Verify that all appliances are present and functional in the room.
  • Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances.
  • Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Vacuum carpets in guest rooms and hallways.
  • Adhere to all company safety and security policies; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and store flammable materials properly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and express genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer service with a friendly demeanor.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
