We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal of our properties to attract new residents. Responsibilities

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property, including bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
  • Washing dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
  • Removing and replacing linens, bedspreads, and blankets.
  • Stocking towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.
  • Folding laundry and putting it away as needed.
  • Picking up and emptying trash containers.
  • Loading washer and dryer as needed.
  • Notifying maintenance of any issues or concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Current Certification in CPO or willingness to become certified within 3 months of employment.
