Job Title: Sales Executive for Fortune 1000 Companies

Description:

Position Summary:

This position focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts to enhance our product engineering services business with Fortune 1000 companies. The candidate must have experience in sales or marketing, preferably in engineering services, with knowledge of Hi-tech, Industrial, Aerospace, Retail, or Transportation industries. The role also involves collaborating with internal and client engineering teams.

  • Analyze and identify potential customers in Digital Engineering and embedded services
  • Create and present value propositions to customers
  • Understand customer digital transformation and industry trends
  • Engage with mid-size and enterprise customers in the Western US
  • Run the complete sales process for opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with executives at targeted firms

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience in hardware, embedded, or software engineering services
  • Experience managing a portfolio in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Ability to build relationships at C-suite level
  • Willingness to develop a client base in new territories
  • Technical skills for initial discussions with customers
  • 25% travel within the USA
  • Education: B.E./B.S./B.Tech in Engineering | MBA preferred
