Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for serving seniors.
  • Valid Administrator license in the relevant state.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Director or Administrator is preferred.
  • Demonstrated management experience with direct oversight of a team of at least 10, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven success in managing annual operating expenses exceeding $1M.
  • Experience in sales or business development, with a focus on building local partnerships and optimizing revenue.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct small-group presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software applications.
