Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our lending products and services. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify product opportunities and trends
  • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Lead product focus groups and user conferences to gather feedback and insights
  • Manage product development processes, including project planning, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
  • Participate in design, documentation, and QA testing as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services
  • Strong technical knowledge, including comprehension of technical architectures, database structures, and software development principles
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a history of successful execution of plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to develop user stories or product requirement documents
  • Knowledge of project management principles and Agile development processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
