The Children's SPOT, Inc. is actively seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding organization. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

The RBT position is hourly and involves managing a caseload tailored to your experience. We are looking for RBTs who are available to work in our clinic or provide services in clients' homes during the afternoon hours, specifically after 3 PM. The role offers the potential for up to 20 hours of work per week.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience as an RBT.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of natural environment teaching strategies and have experience working with children aged 5 years and older. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
