Job Summary

The Behavior Technician will report directly to the Behavior Support Services Case Coordinator and Director of Behavior Assessment and Consultative Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients in a clinical setting by documenting interactions, needs, and concerns based on behavior management plans.
  • Work directly with clients to implement behavior management plans and provide support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Behavior Support Services team to ensure effective implementation of behavior management plans.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
  • Valid Maryland driver's license required.
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
