About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect in the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will play a critical role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

You will work backwards from our customer's most complex and business-critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses.

As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their complex and business-critical problems and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and technical field teams, to drive the adoption of AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing distributed applications.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics and logs.
  • 3+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership within a customer or partner organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.
  • Understanding and evaluation of metrics for accuracy, fluency, coherence, and task-specific evaluations.
  • Proficiency with writing and debugging applications developed in Python, TensorFlow, or JAX, as well as an understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
