- Communication: Foster open and effective communication with all staff members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that our guests and staff are always satisfied.
- Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for college coursework in a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.
