Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet our high standards.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is attentive, friendly, and courteous.
  • Cost Control: Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain food and beverage costs within budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing effective solutions.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all food and beverage operations, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest expectations.
  • Communication: Foster open and effective communication with all staff members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that our guests and staff are always satisfied.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for college coursework in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.
