- Deliver comprehensive cost planning and estimation services
- At least 8 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proven experience with large-scale MEP construction initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline
- Expertise in value engineering and procurement practices

- Preference for candidates with US experience
