KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Performance:
  • Achieves sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers; assists in selecting merchandise that aligns with customer preferences.
  • Stays informed about ongoing promotions and pricing, maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Adheres to merchandise handling and presentation protocols, loss prevention measures, and other directives from management.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly displays and maintaining store zones.

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, staying updated on payment policies, coupon usage, returns, exchanges, and security protocols.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls customers in loyalty programs.
  • Develops and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service and wardrobe consultations.
  • Maintains knowledge of current product offerings and styles available in-store and online.
  • Ensures consistent communication with clients through a customer relationship management system.

Operational Support:
  • Assists in replenishment tasks to keep the store well-stocked and inviting.
  • Supports order fulfillment processes.
  • Participates in visual merchandising projects, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
  • Helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourages a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, team members, and management is required.
  • Regular attendance is crucial to meet operational needs, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing as part of daily responsibilities.
