Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact between bariatric patients, prospective bariatric patients, and our Center for Bariatric Surgery. You will provide concierge service from the initial point of contact to post-surgical care, ensuring that every patient feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
* Develop and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers
* Coordinate patient care and services
* Verify insurance and manage patient records
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent
* Medical terminology and basic office computer skills
* Externship or previous office experience preferred
* Medical Assisting certificate preferred
