Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing high complexity design and planning of layout for assembly and materials handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes to improve manufacturability and eliminate process inefficiencies.
  • Analyze manufacturing process flows to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
  • Collaborate with configuration control and design engineering to ensure effective production methods.
  • Work closely with production to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products.
  • Proactively eliminate EHS hazards and ensure work areas are safe at all times.
  • Lead Kaizen teams and apply lean principles and systems thinking to drive process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience as a manufacturing engineer in an HVAC environment is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering science and technology, including design and production techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make presentations and interact with technicians and other departments.
  • Ability to persist and succeed with cross-cultural communication on technical issues.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and superior follow-up and follow-through skills.
Education:

An associate degree with 3 plus years of experience in a technical discipline is required. An advanced degree in a technical field is highly desired.
