About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled sales representative to join our team in Washington and Oregon. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience
  • Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
