Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trackhoe/Skid Loader Operator to join our team at The H&K Group. As a key member of our Structures Division, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining site safety, and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate trackhoes and skid loaders to perform various tasks, including crushing site material and maintaining equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA, MSHA, and H&K Safety policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify site needs and develop plans to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Maintain equipment, including the Q329 Caterpillar Trackhoe and LT105 portable crusher.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Extensive trackhoe operations experience.
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a focus on safety.
